No words needed. Turn your attention inside and just listen. Slowly. Sense the myriad workings of the body, the symphony of sounds it produces, all happening for you. It knows what to do.
Your ordinary way of thinking may not hold the answer you’re looking for.
What if it’s right here inside the whole time but you haven’t been listening? Just because it’s quieter, doesn’t mean it’s not worth listening to.
Maybe something truer can surface. And the truth is always clear.
